Deal2save.com has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of users like you because your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

What Information Deal2save Collects and How it is Used:

If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. This can usually be done at the member profile page or by emailing our Customer Support at support@Deal2save.com.

Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files. Log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track a user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc., are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law (e.g., that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site).

Marketing Partners:

We may use the personal information that you supply to us and we may share this information with other third party businesses that may have no relationship to Deal2save.com in order to bring you special retail opportunities through direct mail, email and telemarketing. If you would like to opt-out of having your information shared with partners, affiliates and/or non-affiliated third parties, please refer to the section labeled "Opting-Out" below.

In addition, we may send you offers on behalf of our partners. Keep in mind that if you take advantage of an offer from a Deal2save.com partner and become their customer, they may independently wish to send offers to you. In this case, you will need to inform them separately if you do not wish to receive future offers from them.

Special Offers:

The special offers are extra offers for our members to earn additional incentives or receive other offers during registration. During registration you can check certain special offer check boxes located next to each offer to indicate your interest in accepting the offer.

When you check these boxes and hit the submit button, Deal2save will share some or all of your registration information with the partners providing the special offers you selected. Our special offer partners consist of reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find valuable. These partners may include direct marketing service providers for promotions, lookup and reference applications, and enhancement services. However, if you do not want your personal information to be sent to such partners, do not check any boxes next to the special offers.

Cookies:

Deal2save uses a feature of your Internet browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard drive. Cookies can be used to help save and retrieve passwords used on the Deal2save.com and to save information on past activities and other preferences. That way, you don't have to reenter information upon every visit to the Deal2save service. Deal2save creates and then uses these cookie files to track your clicks as you go through Deal2save.com.

Deal2save uses cookies for the benefit of users. When you visit Deal2save.com, Deal2save reads the cookie to help target and personalize offers to you. The cookie can help ensure that you don't see an offer that you have already completed. Customer Service:

Deal2save may ask you for personal information at other times, i.e., when you report a problem with any of our services. Personal information gathered in this manner will be used solely for the transaction itself unless otherwise explained at the time the information is collected. Deal2save may retain and reference aggregate information about member preferences gathered in these ways.

Age Requirement:

Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Deal2save.com service. If you are between the ages of 13 to 17, you must obtain parental permission before using the Deal2save service.

Data Security:

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Deal2save has used industry standard procedures designed to to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of network traffic to track abuse of our network and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Deal2save cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or from our sponsors and you do so at your own risk.

Opting-Out:

Deal2save Offers
We use your email address to notify you of program updates, special offers and promotions. Deal2save members are opted-in to receive Deal2save newsletters at the time of enrollment. If you prefer not to receive email, postal mail, or phone notification of future marketing offers from us, our partners and/or affiliated companies, you may opt-out of receiving these newsletters at any time by updating your account information in the Deal2save member account section. You can reach the "Update Info" section by clicking on the "My Account"  link on the homepage and clicking "Update Info". When you reach the Update Info page, uncheck the box that reads, "Keep me informed about exclusive cash offers. In addition, you may select to opt out of receiving emailed marketing offers from Us, our partners and/or our affiliated companies directly on your order form when you join the program and by using the unsubscribe link the emails you receive from Us.

Please note that suppressed contact information will not be used for any other purpose other to ensure compliance with your opt-out request and to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and any other applicable state and/or federal laws regarding your choices when it comes to commercial email marketing.

Canceling:

You may cancel your Membership at anytime by notifying Deal2save at support@Deal2save.com. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account id.

Changes To The Privacy Policy

By registering to use the Deal2save service, you agree to accept this privacy policy and are aware that Deal2save's privacy policy may change from time to time. We require our members to check back and review this policy from time to time.
